  • Ms Katie

    Katie is the on-site owner of The Goddard School in Auburn, Ma. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Boston College in 2007 followed by a Masters in Early Childhood Education (2010) and Administration (2013) from Boston College. She began her career as an Assistant Head of School in 2013, after several years of teaching Pre-kindergarten and second grade. In 2019, she joined The Goddard School family as the Director of Education. Katie is a mom of four amazing girls and enjoys spending her spare time at home with her husband and children. She is commited to providing a warm, nurturing environment where children will develop a life-long love of learning!

  • Ms Amanda

    Amanda has been a part of the Goddard family since 2017. She began working with children in 2007. She achieved her Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology from Eastern CT State University in 2012, and has continued her education by taking many courses related to Early Childhood Education, Administration, and Family Studies. She began her career as a Director in 2010, after several years of being a toddler teacher. Amanda is a mom of four children, and she enjoys spending time with them exploring new places, doing arts and crafts, and baking together. She also loves reading, especially to her children. A few family favorites are the "Llama, Llama" books, anything by Dr. Seuss, and "The Boxcar Children" series.

  • Ms Ashley

    Ashely has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. Her love for teaching began when she babysat and nannied for family friends. She then went on to become lead teacher certified and worked in a childcare for 18 years before moving to our area. Ashley is excited to work at Goddard because she enjoys the familial aspect of the school and the learn through play based curriculum. Ashley thrives through hands-on activities where the children are able to expand their exploration skills. Her favorite children's book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle because of the great illustrations. We are excited to welcome Ashley to the Goddard Team!

  • Ms Ava

    Ava has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Ava is currently a student at Quinsigamond Community College as a Criminal Justice Major. She a child, Ava always wanted to "play teacher," and she is so excited to take on a role as a teacher, ensuring that the students in her classroom get the best possible education. Ava's enjoys getting to know each student individually, as well as building strong relationships with their families for a strong home-school connection. Her favorite children's book is "All the Places You will Go" and her favorite song to sing with toddlers is "Sleeping Bunnies."

  • Ms Courtney

    Courtney has been apart of the Goddard family since 2024 and is very excited to start a new journey at The Goddard School! She has an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Quinsigamond Community College and an array of early childhood education courses. She has been a lead teacher for a toddler classroom for a year prior and is a very loving Mom! Courtney chose to become a teacher to help children learn and grow in a safe and caring environment. She loves watching their eyes light up when they see their artwork and celebrating them when they meet important milestones! Her favorite children's song is Baby Bumblebee and her favorite children's book is "The Hungry Caterpillar"!

  • Ms Crystal

    Crystal has been a part of the Goddard family since 2021. Crystal has been working in the Early Childhood Education field for 17 years. She loves watching each child conquer and achieve their goals. Each milestone that they reach is a celebration. Crystal is a mom of three, and her children are one of her best life experiences. Her mini-me’s are 17, 14, and 11 years old. Crystal’s favorite childhood book was “Charlotte’s Web”, and her favorite song to sing was “You are my Sunshine.” Her favorite childhood game was Red Rover.

  • Ms Jenn

    Jenn has been part of the Goddard family since 2018. Jenn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Fitchburg State College. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience working with children. Jenn enjoys working with young children because of their curiosity and desire to learn new things. Her favorite area of curriculum to teach is music and movement. She loves to laugh and sing silly songs with the children because the laughter and joy on each child’s face brightens her day. Jenn was awarded our Teacher of the Year award in 2019.

  • Ms Jodi

    Jodi has been teaching at Goddard since 2023. Jodi is very excited to be continuing her teaching career! She has her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Iowa State and grew up there on a dairy farm before moving to Massachusetts! After teaching preschool out of college, she was a stay-at-home mom of 4 children for 21 years. She then continued her career, while working at an afterschool care program from 2016-2023. Her favorite thing about working with children is their enthusiasm and energy! Her favorite children's books are "Make Way for Ducklings" and Christina Katerina and The Box"

  • Ms Kaitlyn

    Kaitlyn has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. She began at The Goddard School as a teaching assistant in the Chickadees classroom. She recently graduated from Worcester State University with her degree in Early Education, and is excited to take on her role as a first-time teacher. Kaitlyn enjoys working infants and experiencing all of the growth and development that happens in their first year of life. Her favorite children's book is "Oh, The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss.

  • Ms Katelynne

    Katelynne has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. Katelynne graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University with a degree in developmental psychology and has been working in childcare since high school. What started off as an after-school job turned into a huge passion of hers. Before recently moving to MA, Katelynne worked at another Goddard School in CT, and she is very excited to get to know our students and families here. She is looking forward to helping students learn and grow, and is especially excited to read them her favorite books, the Llama Llama collection.

  • Ms Kimmy

    Kimmy has been part of the Goddard family since 2011. Kimmy has her Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher certification from the state of Massachusetts. She began working with children when she was 16 years old, and has over 25 year of experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners. Kimmy is constantly participating in trainings and professional development to keep up-to-date on current changes and trends in education. She loves to sing and dance with the children, and loves all of the children as if they were her own. Kimmy has 3 nieces, whom she loves very much. She also has a love for Disney, the Red Sox, and doing yoga.

  • Ms Laura

    Laura has been part of the Goddard family since 2017. Laura has her Bachelor’s Degree from Mount Ida College, where she studied Child Development. She has almost nine years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Laura has known her whole life that she wanted to work with children. She loves books, and enjoys reading Sandra Boynton to her toddlers. In her personal life she loves reading Harry Potter. She enjoys professional development and training to broaden her knowledge on different aspects of Early Childhood. Laura enjoys showing children they can accomplish anything they put their minds to, and loves watching toddlers explore their independence and become great children. She is also a Patriots fan for life. Laura has received our Team Player of the Year Award in 2018.

  • Ms Madison

    Madison has been a part of the Goddard family since 2021. Madison has known since she was a young girl that she wanted to be a teacher. She started babysitting as soon as she was old enough and has been working in childcare centers the past few years. She has experience working with toddlers and preschoolers. Madison strives to have a safe and nurturing classroom, where she can teach her students, and in return they can teach her to be a better teacher. She loves having a bright and colorful classroom and enjoys having the children create artwork to hang around the classroom to decorate and show off the work they have accomplished.

  • Ms Marissa

    Marissa joins the Goddard School with 5 years of childcare experience and an Associate's degree in Elementary Education! She really loves observing the children's excitement and helping them succeed. The reason Marissa wanted to become a teacher is because she loves learning just as much as the children! One of her goals is to always create a positive, loving environment for her students and she works hard to achieve that consistently! Some of her favorite children's books are "If You Give A Mouse A Cookie" by Laura Numeroff and "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein.

  • Ms Megan

    Megan has been part of the Goddard family since 2017. Megan has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Applied Relations from Eastern Connecticut State University. She has taught Pre-K and Kindergarten for the past 13 years, and she can’t imagine herself doing anything else. She loves to foster young minds, be creative, and be with children. Megan has a love for teaching and children, and it helps her to strive to be a better teacher and person each day. She loves reading to children, and her favorite children’s book is any of the pigeon books by Mo Willems. Megan is also loving being a first time mom to her son born in January 2019! Megan was awarded our Rookie of the Year Award in 2017, our Teacher of the Year Award in 2020, and the Goddard Regional Teacher of the Year Award in 2021.

  • Ms Michelle

    Michelle has been a part of the Goddard family since 2008. Michelle has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, and graduated with High Honors. She has over fifteen years of experience working with children, and began working at the Goddard School in 2008. Michelle enjoys working with young children because they teach her as much as she teaches them each day. In her free time she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Her favorite curriculum area to teach is music and movement because of the smiles, laughter and joy it brings to the children and how it enhances their learning. Ms. Michelle is the winner of our Team Player of the Year award in 2009, our Teacher of the Year in 2010, the Goddard National Teacher of the Year in 2011, our Teacher of the Year in 2017, and our Classroom of the Year award in 2019.

  • Ms Rachel

    Rachel has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. She is a teaching assistant who works with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Rachel has always been interested in teaching, and spent her summers during High School volunteering and working with children. She is now a student at Worcester State University. Rachel loves reading, and grew up with her family always reading to her and encouraging her to read. Her favorite books are "The Cat in the Hat" and "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie". She loves these books because her father always used the best voices and gestures to make the books come to life. Rachel loves watching children grow and flourish, and believes that is the best reward for teaching. She is excited to take on her role as teaching assistant at The Goddard School.

    Shauna has been part of the Goddard family since 2019. Shauna is married and has four boys. She is certified through the Department of EEC to work with children ages Infant through Preschool, and she has experience working with all ages. Shauna enjoys doing yoga, reading, and getting out into nature during her free time. She loves to play “Row, row, row your Boat” and sing other songs with the babies because it makes them smile. Her favorite book to read with children is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom.

  • Ms Sydney

    Sydney has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Sydney graduated from Framingham State University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Diversity Studies. She has also taken many education classes, and holds an EEC teaching certificate for Lead Teacher and Director. Sydney has wanted to be a teacher since taking Child Development in High School and volunteering in her school's preschool. Sydney has been working in child care for over 10 years, and is always her "happiest self" when she's in a classroom. She loves every part of working with children, especially helping the tiny humans to grow and learn. When Sydney isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her 3 boys. Her favorite children's book is "I Love You Just the Way You Are" by Rosie Greening.

  • Ms Ally

    Ally has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She is a student from Auburn High School who is thrilled to begin her teaching experience at Goddard! She was inspired to follow her mom's footsteps to become a teacher and loves every aspect of being in a classroom. Her favorite children's song is Wheels on the Bus!

  • Ms Arianna

    Arianna has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Arianna is a student at Auburn High School. She has taken a child development course in High School, and enjoyed getting to volunteer in the Auburn Preschool classroom. Arianna has also grown up babysitting her brothers and cousins, and loves being around children, playing with then and seeing them happy and learning. Her favorite part of interacting with children is is seeing them accomplish their goals and hit new milestones. Her favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar."

  • Ms Cassidy

    Cassidy has been a part of the Goddard family since 2022. Cassidy is currently a student at Nichols College in Dudley, where she majors in hospitality and minors in real estate. She discovered her love for working with kids through her two younger siblings. She loves reading them her favorite book, The Rainbow Fish. Cassidy strives to be a leader and role model to every child she works with.

  • Ms Elena

    Elena has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. She is a student at South High Community School, and is part of their Early Childhood Education Co-Op Program. Elena is excited to able to gain hands-on experience working with children and learning first-hand about child development. Her favorite children's book is "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom".

  • Ms Emily

    Emily has been part of the Goddard family since 2018. Emily graduated from Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School and was part of their Health Technology Program. The program has taught her all about early childhood education, and she even did an internship here at The Goddard School. Because of this, she has been inspired to become a Pediatric Nurse, and is working hard on reaching this goal by attending Becker College and is part of their Nursing Program. Emily also volunteers at Camp Sunshine in Maine, which is a camp where children who have severe medical problems and their families can take time to have fun and forget about the stress of life. Volunteering at the camp has been the best experience of her life. Emily is looking forward to the experience with children that she will gain while working at The Goddard School and knows that it will help her to reach her career goals. Emily was awarded our Teaching Assistant of the Year Award in 2020.

  • Ms Faith

    Faith has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She is very excited to be pursuing a career as an early education teacher! Her mom is the reason she wants to become a teacher, as she loved watching her and helping her in her classrooms. Faith's favorite part of working with the children is seeing their smiles and watching their growth and learning! Her favorite song is Wheels on the Bus and her favorite children's book is "A Bad Case of Stripes" by David Shannon.

  • Ms Gianna

    Gianna has been a part of the Goddard family sine 2024. She is currently in her junior year studying Elementary Education at Worcester State University! She has experience in babysitting and in classroom observations and is very excited to begin her role as a teaching assistant! She also teaches dance, as she has been a dancer for 18 years. Gianna is very proud of her recent accomplishment of passing her first MTEL! She loves watching children succeed and work hard. Her favorite children's song is Baby Shark!

  • Mr Jackson

    Jackson has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Jackson is an Elementary Education Major at Worcester State University. He is excited to take on a role as an educator, and wants to provide the next generation of learners with the skills to succeed, as well as to help make the world more accepting, kind, and intelligent. Jackson has prior experience working with children, including helping out at his church's Sunday School, and is looking to add to his experience and knowledge of children through hands-on experiences in an Early Education program.

  • Ms Laniya

    Laniya is thrilled to begin her career at the Goddard School! She is currently a student at South High School and has been on the early childhood education track for 3 years. She has always wanted to work with children because they bring joy to each day, and she loves being a part of their growth! Her favorite part about teaching is seeing their happy faces when they make an accomplishment. Her favorite children's song is "We're Going On A Bear Hunt"!

  • Ms Micaela

    Micaela has been a part of the Goddard family since 2020. She is a teaching assistant who works primarily with infants and toddlers. Micaela is currently majoring in Early Childhood Education at Quinsigamond Community College. She has been dancing since the age of two, and recently became a Rhythm Works certified dance instructor. When she isn’t helping out in the classrooms at The Goddard School, Micaela also teaches dance classes to young children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.

  • Ms Nicole

    Nicole has been part of the Goddard family since 2020. She is a Teaching Assistant who works with toddlers and preschoolers. Nicole attends Worcester State University and is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has had several years of experience working with children, including an internship at a preschool, working in a Before and After School Program, and experience at a center-based program working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Nicole is also an avid field hockey player. Her favorite book is "Wonder".

    Savannah has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. Savannah is so excited to begin her career as a teaching assistant at The Goddard School. She has always loved being around young children and helping to take care of them, and is excited to take on a new role as an educator. Her favorite part of teaching is watching children as they learn, grow, and develop into their own little people. Her favorite children's book is "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" and her favorite children's song is "Six Little Ducks".

  • Ms Xaby

    Xaby has been a part of the Goddard family since 2023. She is a nursing major and loves working with children at her church. Her favorite aspect of teaching is watching children learn, grow, and reach different milestones. She strives to further understand children and their needs here at the Goddard School. Xaby's favorite book growing up was Goodnight Moon, and she looks forward to being able to share it with the children.

    Rory has been a part of the Goddard family since 2020. Rory is excited to take on a new role of Administrative Assistant at The Goddard School after several years of helping out in classrooms as a teaching assistant. Her past experience in classrooms and passion for children has prepared her and continues to motivate her towards a career in education. Rory is a recent graduate of Clark University, where she got a degree in Community, Youth, and Education Studies, as well as Sociology. Rory is looking forward to applying her studies with her experience and work here at The Goddard School.
