    Katie is the proud on-site owner of The Goddard School in Auburn, MA. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Boston College in 2007, followed by a Master’s in Early Childhood Education (2010) and a Master’s in Administration (2013), also from Boston College. Her career began in the classroom, where she spent several years teaching Pre-Kindergarten and second grade before moving into leadership as an Assistant Head of School in 2013. In 2019, Katie joined The Goddard School family as the Director of Education, bringing her passion for high-quality early childhood education to the Auburn community. She took over ownership of the school in May of 2023. A proud mom of four amazing girls, Katie cherishes time at home with her husband and children. She is deeply committed to creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child can develop a life-long love of learning.

  • Ms Amanda

    Amanda began working with children in 2007 and joined The Goddard School in 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2012 and has continued her professional growth by taking numerous courses in Early Childhood Education, Administration, and Family Studies. After several years as a toddler teacher, Amanda began her career as a Director in 2010. A mom of four, she loves spending time with her children exploring new places, doing arts and crafts, and baking together. Amanda is also an avid reader and enjoys sharing her love of books with her family. Some of their favorites include the Llama Llama series, works by Dr. Seuss, and The Boxcar Children series.

    Hope joined The Goddard School in 2025. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Education at Salem State University and is passionate about providing high-quality, nurturing care to every child in her classroom. As someone with ADHD, Hope has always appreciated the powerful impact that supportive teachers had on her own learning journey. Their encouragement inspired her to become that same steady, positive presence for the children in her care. Hope is especially drawn to early childhood education because she understands how crucial the first five years are in a child’s development. She loves watching children reach new milestones—whether it's sitting up, crawling, walking, or running—and feels honored to be part of those formative moments.     Megan has been a dedicated member of The Goddard School family since 2017. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Applied Relations from Eastern Connecticut State University and has 15 years of experience teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten. Now serving as Assistant Director, Megan enjoys supporting students and teachers, encouraging creativity, and helping young minds thrive. Her love for education inspires her to grow every day. She especially enjoys reading the Pigeon books by Mo Willems with her class. Outside of school, Megan is a proud first-time mom to her son, born in January 2019. Her dedication has earned her several honors, including Rookie of the Year (2017), Teacher of the Year (2020), and Goddard Regional Teacher of the Year (2021).

    Alessandra has been part of The Goddard School family since 2024. She attended Wheelock College, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Growth and Development and Psychology, with a minor in Education. Alessandra has spent the past 11 years working as an ABA therapist with children with special needs. She loves helping children learn and grow and is passionate about creating a classroom that fosters independence while providing hands-on learning opportunities for all children. Her favorite children’s books are any by Eric Carle, and her favorite song to sing with children is Clap Your Hands by the Mother Goose Club.

  • Ms Catherine

    Catherine has been part of The Goddard School family since 2024. She earned her Bachelor's in Education from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. With two sons, now 21 and 16, Catherine loves being around young children. She taught in a preschool in Egypt and worked for Head Start in the U.S. for five years before focusing on her family. Catherine is excited to return to the classroom to read, play, and help children learn and grow. Her favorite book is The Three Little Bears, her favorite song is If You’re Happy and You Know It!, and she enjoys teaching numbers and counting through fun games.

    Courtney has been part of The Goddard School family since 2024. She holds an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Quinsigamond Community College and has completed several early childhood education courses. Prior to joining Goddard, Courtney spent a year as a lead teacher in a toddler classroom. A loving mom herself, she became a teacher to help children learn and grow in a safe, nurturing environment. Courtney especially enjoys seeing children’s eyes light up at their artwork and celebrating their important milestones. Her favorite children’s book is The Hungry Caterpillar, and her favorite song to sing with children is Baby Bumblebee.

    Denise has been part of The Goddard School family since 2025. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science Education and brings many years of experience in Early Childhood Education, primarily with preschool-aged children. Denise loves working with children, appreciating their honesty and authenticity, and strives to create a safe, nurturing, and loving bond with each student in her care. She holds a degree in Accounting and Finance, but after several years in the financial field and becoming a mom, she followed her heart into early childhood education. Janice loves the joy, laughter, and curiosity that children bring to every day, and she treasures the opportunity to watch them grow, explore, and learn. She is a proud mom of two wonderful daughters and a big Disney fan!     Jodi has been part of The Goddard School family since 2023 and is thrilled to continue her teaching career. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Education from Iowa State University and grew up on a dairy farm in Iowa before moving to Massachusetts. After teaching preschool early in her career, Jodi spent 21 years as a stay-at-home mom to her four children. She later returned to teaching, working at an afterschool care program from 2016 to 2023. Jodi loves the enthusiasm and energy that children bring to the classroom, and her favorite children’s books are Make Way for Ducklings and Christina Katerina and The Box.

  • Ms Kelsey

    Kelsey has been part of The Goddard School family since 2024. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the College of Holy Cross, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and plans to return to school for her Master’s degree. While this is her first formal teaching position, Kelsey has enjoyed working with children in a variety of educational settings. She believes that early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning and loves making each child’s experience fun and meaningful. Kelsey’s favorite children’s books include Go Away Big Green Monster, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?, and Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes. She is also a devoted animal lover with 10 pets!

    Kim joined the Goddard family in 2025. She graduated from Belmont High School in 2006 and went on to study Psychology at UMass Boston. A dedicated mom, Kim brings a wealth of experience working with children—from volunteering in her church daycare to over five years of teaching, primarily with toddlers. She was drawn to teaching by children's natural curiosity, carefree spirits, and their infectious joy in discovering the world around them. Kim finds it incredibly rewarding to witness how quickly young minds grow and develop. One of her favorite children’s book series is Little Critter, which she loves sharing with her students.

    Kimmy has been a valued member of The Goddard School family since 2011. She holds Infant/Toddler and Preschool Teacher certifications from the state of Massachusetts and has been working with children since she was 16, bringing over 25 years of experience with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners. Kimmy is passionate about continuing her professional growth through trainings and workshops, staying current with the latest trends in early childhood education. She loves singing, dancing, and creating joyful moments with children, treating each one as if they were her own. Kimmy adores her three nieces, and in her free time enjoys Disney, the Red Sox, and practicing yoga.

    Laura has been a valued member of The Goddard School family since 2017. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from Mount Ida College and brings nearly nine years of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Laura has always known she wanted to work with children and delights in reading to her toddlers, especially Sandra Boynton books. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading Harry Potter and continuing her professional development to deepen her knowledge of early childhood education. Laura loves empowering children to accomplish anything they set their minds to and takes joy in watching toddlers explore their independence. She is a lifelong Patriots fan and was honored with the Team Player of the Year Award in 2018.

    Maria joined The Goddard School in 2025 and is currently studying Early Childhood Education at Quinsigamond Community College. Inspired by the caring teachers she had in high school, she knew she wanted to become a teacher and make a difference in children's lives. She loves helping children explore and experience things for the first time, especially through art—her favorite subject to teach. Michelle loves working with children because she learns as much from them as they do from her. Throughout her career at Goddard, she has received numerous accolades, including Team Player of the Year (2009), Teacher of the Year (2010 and 2017), Goddard National Teacher of the Year (2011), and Classroom of the Year (2019).

    Mikayla has been part of The Goddard family since 2024. She brings prior experience working with children in school settings, including a Goddard School in Nevada. Mikayla is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at SNHU. She has a true passion for teaching and loves making a positive impact on children’s lives.     Morgan has been a part of the Goddard family since 2024. She is a graduate of Bay Path High School, where she studied drafting and architecture. She has always gravitated towards helping little ones, as she has two younger siblings and 4 nieces and nephews, and is excited to take on her first role as an educator. Morgan is committed to making the learning environment a safe, fun place to learn and discover new things. Her favorite children's book is "The Giving Tree", her favorite children's song is "The Ants Go Marching", and her favorite children's game is Duck, Duck, Goose.

    Nicole has been part of the Goddard family since 2020. She is a Teaching Assistant who works with toddlers and preschoolers. Nicole attends Worcester State University and is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. She has had several years of experience working with children, including an internship at a preschool, working in a Before and After School Program, and experience at a center-based program working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Nicole is also an avid field hockey player. Her favorite book is "Wonder".

    Rachael has been teaching since 2015 and joins The Goddard School with a wealth of experience. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern New Hampshire University. Originally planning to teach 1st grade, she discovered her love for preschoolers and enjoys watching children learn through play. Her favorite part of teaching is seeing the "I got it!" moments and their joyful expressions. Rachael hopes to pursue her master’s degree in the future. Her favorite children’s book is the classic If You Give a Mouse a Cookie!

    Sofia has been part of The Goddard family since 2025. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Human Development, with a minor in Art, from the University of Rhode Island in 2022, graduating #1 in her Education Program. Sofia’s first job was as a teaching assistant at her younger sister’s preschool, and she has always loved helping children learn and grow. She finds it exciting to watch students develop their own personalities and skills. Sofia’s favorite book is Miss Rumphius, and her favorite song is Down by the Bay. She is thrilled to join the teaching staff at The Goddard School!

    Sydney has worked in early childhood education for over 10 years, and has been with Goddard since 2023. She holds an EEC Lead Teacher and Director certification. She earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in Diversity Studies from Framingham State University and has taken many education courses. Sydney’s passion for teaching began in high school through a Child Development class and volunteering in her school’s preschool. She feels like her “happiest self” when she's in the classroom and loves helping little ones grow and learn. Outside of work, Sydney enjoys spending time with her family, including her three boys. Her favorite children’s book is I Love You Just the Way You Are by Rosie Greening.

    Abby joined The Goddard School in 2024 and is excited to step into her role as a Teaching Assistant. She brings prior experience working with children through babysitting and is eager to continue learning and growing in the field of early childhood education. Abby hopes to begin working toward her teaching certification in the near future. She loves engaging with young children through songs and play—her favorite children’s song is Baby Shark, and she especially enjoys playing Patty Cake with the little ones.

    Caitlyn has been part of The Goddard School family since 2025. She brings experience as a nanny and loves seeing children learn, grow, and explore. Caitlyn finds teaching both fun and rewarding and has always enjoyed caring for others. She especially enjoys reading A Bad Case of the Stripes by David Shannon and singing If You’re Happy and You Know It with her students. Caitlyn also loves hosting lively dance parties in the classroom!

She is proud of recently passing her first MTEL and is excited to begin her role as a Teaching Assistant. Gianna loves watching children work hard and succeed. She is also a new mom to a baby girl, Kennedy. Her favorite children’s song is Baby Shark!

    Hailey has been part of The Goddard School family since 2017, when her mom, Ms. Amanda, became the director of The Goddard School of Auburn. She has spent many years assisting in classrooms as a “teacher’s helper” and is excited to step into her role as a Teaching Assistant. Hailey has experience helping with children of all ages, both in the classroom and at home with her three younger siblings, as well as through babysitting children from infancy through age five. She also volunteers with children’s programming at her local library. Hailey currently attends Killingly High School and plans to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education in college, with the goal of teaching Kindergarten, first, or second grade.

    Hailey has been part of The Goddard School family since 2024. She is currently attending Clark University, where she is majoring in Psychology.     Julia has been part of The Goddard School family since 2025. She graduated from high school in 2023 and is now pursuing a degree in Psychology. Julia has spent years working with children, from leading camps and church groups to teaching gymnastics at a local gym. Inspired by her mother, who worked with children, Julia developed a love for helping young learners. She finds inspiration in watching children grow, learn, and reach new milestones. Mia strives to create a classroom that feels comfortable, positive, and safe for every child.     Micaela has been part of The Goddard School family since 2020. She is a Teaching Assistant, primarily working with infants and toddlers, and is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education at Quinsigamond Community College. Micaela has been dancing since the age of two and is now a Rhythm Works certified dance instructor. When she isn’t supporting children in the classroom, she loves teaching dance to young students. In her free time, Micaela enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the beach.
