Kai Wen Jiang, DPM

Description

Dr. Jiang studied at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his Family Medicine residency at Yale New Haven Health. Born in Shanghai, he chose podiatry after shadowing a doctor and wanting a career that helps others. At Reliant, he cares for patients with diabetes and performs many types of foot and ankle surgeries. Dr. Jiang also treats warts, ingrown nails, plantar fasciitis, and foot pain. He enjoys getting to know his patients and working with the Reliant team. Outside of work, he likes playing music, golf, and pickleball. He speaks English, Chinese, and Spanish.
